Every animal comes with a licensed veterinarian health certificate issued within 72 hours of departure, confirming the animal is in good health and free from visible signs of disease.
All animals are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations. You will receive complete vaccination records and a recommended schedule for future care.
Each animal has been dewormed on a regular schedule. Documentation of deworming history and product used will be provided with your purchase.
We carefully select breeding pairs to minimize genetic health issues. Our breeding stock is tested and screened to ensure healthy offspring.
If your animal shows signs of illness within 72 hours of arrival that originated from our ranch, we will work with you and your veterinarian to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
We are always available to answer questions about your animal's health, nutrition, and care. Our support doesn't end after the sale — we're here for the life of your animal.
Buyer must have proper shelter, fencing, and facilities ready before the animal's arrival. Buyer agrees to provide adequate food, water, and veterinary care.
We recommend a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving your animal. Any health claims must be accompanied by documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
This guarantee does not cover injuries, accidents, neglect, improper care, or illness resulting from conditions at the buyer's location. It does not cover death or injury during or after transport arranged by the buyer.
If a valid claim is made under this guarantee, we will provide a replacement animal of equal value. Refunds are not provided under this health guarantee. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the buyer's responsibility.
